The Catholic University is proud to honor the distinguished group of contributors who, year after year, help the University to prepare its students for success after graduation.
Membership in these current giving societies recognizes donations in different ways:
The St. Thomas Aquinas Society is for members who notify the University they have made a commitment to a gift through any of the planned giving vehicles we currently administer.
The Lumen Society celebrates the philanthropic spirit of
our alumni and friends who have made charitable gifts to the University for ten years or more. The Lumen Society is named in honor of the University’s motto: Deus Mea Lux Est —God is My Light.
Through Donor Circles, The Catholic University of America gratefully acknowledges the many alumni, individuals, families, archdioceses, dioceses, associations and foundations that have supported the university’s work by making gifts this past fiscal year. These contributions make it possible for the university to provide student support and high-quality educational opportunities that strengthen the living and learning environment.
